Rabbits have two SETS of eyelids but three actual eyelids per eye. The external eyelids are like ours - an upper lid and a lower lid, both with lashes and these are used for shutting out light. Between these and the eyeball is a third eyelid which is very pale and lubricates the eye.
Yes, they do. They have eyelids and so they blink, although I think not as much as humans personally.
