Do rabbits like being in cars?

yeah. they can. rabbits need to go to vets and stuff like that. all u need to do is get a regular cat carrier, put in a blanket that either smells like u or the rabbit or even a clean one, a small dish of food, and bring some water cause rabbits need hydration. they also sell rabbit/weasle/guinea pigs carriers especially for them. just if u buy one make sure ur rabbit fits in it. be sure to put in ur rabbits fav snack so its happy. if it gets aggitated just talk to it in a low soothing way. and make sure not to slam the brakes and make the carrier fly. that might give ur rabbit a heart attack. hope this helps! and dont put anything in the carrier that u dont want to get pooped/peed on. :3

My answer to this question comes from experience and observations I've made myself personally, not from any research or professional opinion.

I have two adult Rabbits who have been put in the car several times now over the past five years, and there is no question that both of them are very uncomfortable with being in a moving vehicle.

They seem to be very sensitive to not only the motion and bumps/turns, but also very much disturbed by all of the sounds associated with being around traffic.

Obviously they have no idea what is going on so the shock that they experience from being moved from the environment that they are used to and quickly into something very loud, bumpy, overwhelming and inconceivable is enough to make a trip in the car a pretty traumatic situation for little bunny.

On the positive side, an average adult rabbit will only hold on to the stress of such a situation for between 3-4 minutes after being returned to a more normal environment. After that, they won't remember that such a thing ever took place.
