All mammals hibernate. The Otter is a mammal so it hibernates. Just so you know, they hibernate to the South where it is warmer.

No..Otters may be less active on bitterly cold days, but they don't hibernate..Only a few mammalian species do, rodents, bats, and bears, but the bear hibernation is more of a deep sleep rather than true hibernation.
