Yes, I've seen it with my own eyes. We found a 2 young rabbits in a shallow depression under the bunk of our pop-up camper. During the night we were awaken by a shrill scream. By the time I got there the skunk had killed one of the young and was eating it. I suppose that it was nature a work but it took a while before I got back to sleep.
