Polar bears have a hump on their back because it is part of their characteristics.
People who care save our Black bears!!
Polar bears feed other animals. Scavengers get the chance to eat what the polar bear leaves behind. They also help to keep the seal population at an even level.
You really can't do anything about it, but you can contact build-a-bear and ask for some help.
Adaptation helps the grizzly bear by enabling it to survive and thrive in diverse environments. Its thick fur and fat layer provide insulation against cold temperatures, while its strong limbs and claws allow it to dig for food and climb trees. Additionally, its omnivorous diet, which includes plants, berries, and small animals, helps the bear to efficiently utilize available food sources throughout the seasons. These adaptations ensure that grizzly bears can find sustenance and shelter, enhancing their chances of survival.
Only the lead female is allowed to bear young - the other females may help watch after her pups.
Will since all grizzly bears are actually martian bears in disguise, they don't actually have to stay with their parents. They go to weapons training and military tactics school at a very early age to help aid the war against the Jupamartians.
Yes. If the fur is short, it doesn't soak up as much water and, in turn, doesn't weigh the grizzly down as much.
It is possible, but of course this depends on the size, age and sex of the moose and the bear, and the species of the bear. A bull moose has strong, large antlers and long sharp hooves (cows only have their hooves to defend themselves with) that could do serious damage to the bear. Most bears, no matter the species, won't mess with an animal that can fight back, especially a moose. However, a bear like a large grizzly or Alaskan brown bear might be able to injure a moose if it was really angry, or large and fearless enough to put up a good fight against such a raging herbivore. A bear would have to claw and bite it's way out of a fight with a moose, but Lord help them if that moose is an angry bull on the rut with those powerful antlers. But as far as a moose being able to kill a bear, such cases may be rare because often either party would wish to run away to save themselves rather than getting killed.
Bear's teeth help almost all of the bears survive, for example; polar bears need their teeth to tear of meat from seals and other animals. Teeth also help bears to protect them. A hard bite in you neck from a grizzly can easily take your head off. You get the picture
Yes, grizzlies have a lot of fur as part of their adaptation. They have a thick coat in order to help them hibernate in the winter and stay warm. They shed their thick coats in the summer.
