In almost every litter, guinea pigs give birth to their babies in between 10 - 45 minutes. There have been rare litters where they give birth to another baby a day later, and they've all been fine. If your guinea pig has given birth to some babies, but still looks like she is in labor, or if you can feel more babies in her stomach, then definitely take her to the vet. It is very dangerous for her to just keep pushing without results.
