During the estrus phase of a dog's heat cycle, which typically lasts around 2-3 weeks, symptoms may include a swollen vulva, bloody discharge, increased urination, restlessness, and attraction to male dogs. It's important to monitor your dog closely during this time to prevent unwanted mating. If you notice any concerning symptoms or behaviors, consult with your veterinarian for guidance on managing your dog's heat cycle.
