I just looked this up last night and you need to take the dog to the vet. According to the info I read the sacs fill up with a rather bad smelling fluid and only the vet can squeeze out or remove in some fashion. Dogs try to help themselves by licking the area and sometimes they do get some of it out, but then they throw up a foamy fluid from doing that.

What does it mean when a dog rubs its butt across the carpet?

A dog will commonly itch its rear end due to a full or possibly infected anal gland. (This gland is used to help dogs mark territory.) Many dogs regularly have their anal glands "expressed" (emptied) at the vet or groomer; a messy job, but it will bring your dog relief. Less likely, the irritation may be caused by an infected gland, allergies, or parasites. Make an appointment with your vet to diagnose and treat these problems.

Brindle pit bull and she is 7 yrs old her anal gland has a lump and she bit it and put a hole there i applied pressure and got more out of it but what is the best thing to do now need help?

Dogs can build up a harmful thick liquid in that gland that needs to be expressed ever so often to prevent health problems. Most dog groomers and Vets can easily perform this procedure. If the dog has developed a lump there it could be a build up of this poisonous puss. In which case a trip to the Vet may be needed. With the piercing of this lump and it's seeping, I would call your dog's vet. I am sure they will recommend you bring the dog in.
