Just let it dry up by itself. If there is no demand on her milk supply it will dry up within about 7-8 days. You should get your cat spayed too. There could be a reason why she had dead kittens. You sometimes see dead litters with cats that are Feline Leukemia positive. Be sure to tell your Vet about this so he can test her first before spaying her.
