You can't if you're a human, but you can if you're a werewolf, of course!
No they are not real.
No. Ears are composed of two parts, inner and outer, and there's no way to move the inner ears. Even assuming a surgeon would be able to create something looking like a wolf's ear, placing it connected to the human inner ear would make you look like a stubby eared version of Yoda. A tail is even worse. A tail needs bones, muscles, and nerves to control it. A human just don't have the parts to build something like that from. Even if by some amazing medical development it'd be possible to transplant a tail from a dog(which today isn't), there wouldn't be any nerves to hook it up to to make it wag. You'd have to take the nerves intended for some other muscles and use those instead, but then you'd lose the use of those muscles.
The manga you are referring to is likely "Kamisama Kiss" (Kamisama Hajimemashita) by Julietta Suzuki. The main character, Nanami Momozono, gains fox ears and a tail after becoming a land god.

a wolf talks not only with its mouth but with its whole body too. movements of the tail, ears, nose, paws, and entire body is how a wolf expresses its feelings along with barks, grunts, snarls, and whines
For the wolf to hear.
Werewolves have ears that are very similar to normal wolf ears. The biggest difference is that werewolf ears are typically just a couple sizes larger then normal wolf ears. The placing of the ears on the head are the same as a normal wolf.
Holding a Wolf by the Ears was created in 2006-11.
If a wolves tail is straight up, or curled over it's back, it is the leader and you shouldn't mess with it. If the wolves ears go back, it snarls, and at the same time, it's tail is partially under it's legs, it means it is frightened, but not enough that it wont attack. If a wolf is smiling, then well... it's a happy wolf If a wolf's tail is slightly raised, it means it is friendly, but it is not alpha. If a wolf walks stiff legged, shoulder hunched, tail striagt down it means either it means buisness or it's in a fowl mood.
