Dogs only sweat through their feet.

Dogs reduce their temperature by panting which cools them by evaporating water from their tongue.

Dogs cannot sweat as we do, as they have very few sweat glands and most of these are in their foot pads. They mainly cool themselves down by panting and breathing, with the lining of the lungs as the evaporative surface.
