I doubt that there is a standard method of accessing a guinea pig's intelligence, but you could devise certain tasks and monitor their speed and inventiveness of solving those tasks.

Given the Guinea pigs' single-minded focus on feeding, the task would be some moderate obstacle to reach food. A bridge to cross, a tunnel to traverse, that kind of thing.

I think you will find that Guinea pigs are mostly driven by curiosity and a strong desire to feed (and breed). Individuals will display different skills in solving such a task, but may not necessarily display a difference in intelligence in doing so, but might merely display a higher rate of greed, curiosity or desperation.
