A better way to go about it, would be to try to catch it in the act. If you see it actively peeing on your bed, immediately give it a harsh tap on the nose or head (do NOT hurt your kitten! It is only meant to be unpleasant); or spritz it with some water if it dislikes that. And then very promptly move it into the litterbox. As with children, the discipline of animals requires punishment for bad behavior.
Until you can get your kitten "house broken" you will never get it to stop wetting your bed. You have to have a litter box put where the kitten can get at it. Keep the kitten in a confined area such as the kitchen with the litter box nearby. As it learns to use the litter box you can gradually introduce it to other rooms of the house.
Your cat may have bladder stones (this happened to me) and wants to find a comfortable place to urinate, as the litterbox is obviously less comfortable than a bed.

To stop stray cats from urinating around your bushes you can try a number of things. Some say that red pepper or coffee grounds help if you sprinkle it around the areas. Natures Miracle is a spray that will help to remove the smell which will also help stop them from marking.
I believe that urinating in the bed can cause bed bugs because the smell might can attract them.
You can't.
Disciplining a cat for urinating on the bed can be challenging, as cats do not respond well to punishment. Instead, focus on addressing the underlying cause of the behavior. Start by taking your cat to the vet to rule out any medical issues. Ensure the litter box is clean and easily accessible. Consider using pheromone sprays or diffusers to reduce stress. Provide multiple litter boxes in different locations. Reward good behavior and ignore the bad. Seek advice from a veterinarian or animal behaviorist for further guidance.
If your female cat is not urinating, it could be due to a urinary tract infection, bladder stones, or a blockage. It is important to take her to the vet for a proper diagnosis and treatment.
