Well, in the same sense as humans, no. They don't live indoors and they don't have showers. At a zoo, a zookeeper might use a water spray to help keep them clean, or they might take advantage of a rain shower in the wild to groom themselves, so there are edges of the question that could approach a yes in rare cases, but overall... no. Tigers don't shower.
