Then rub the brain on both sides of the hide until it is gone and pour the rest of the water out. Then roll it up and let it sit for like 4 hours. then hang it up and wor both sides with a graining tool until its dry. After that then you have to sew it into almost a tipi shape with a open hole in the top and put ti over a fire pit. Before you put your hide over the fire pit, burn rotten wood until it is only smoking then put your hide over. leave it for a few hours. turn inside out and repeat. The more you smoke it, the more waterproof it will be
