How do you find out if your dog as a tumor?

my dog was once sick is how we found out: he did not move much, was very lazy, tired, weak, didn't eat much or drink,stayed calm. Some dogs are really crazy on their walks well the dog wouldn't act like them selves or as usual in their walks they also didn't have like a wet or moist nose and it sneezes. If you notice your dog is sick take it to the vet if not get vaccinated or take it anyways or give it rest and and make it drink water.
