There are 2 ways that have worked for me. Submerge baby rabbit (except head) in warm water about 90 degrees and let water warm baby up. Then dry thoroughly and keep warm. OR put cold babies on a heating pad, warm not hot, and wrap up so no drafts can hit them. Wrapping in a flannel cloth so they are not directly on heating pad is desirable.

To ensure your rabbit stays warm during cold weather, provide a cozy shelter with plenty of bedding, keep the enclosure draft-free, and consider using a heat lamp or heating pad if necessary. Additionally, provide extra hay for insulation and monitor your rabbit's behavior for signs of discomfort or cold stress.
You just bundle them up in a small blanket or maybe get them some baby clothes to wear so they will be warm.
Caring for a wild baby rabbit requires keeping it warm, feeding it a proper diet, and avoiding handling it too much. Contact a wildlife rehabilitator for help if needed.
