Try putting a treat on every single stair. if she is food motivated she will brave the stairs to get all the treats. This will show her that the stairs are not bad. When she reaches the top you should be waiting for her and give her lots of praise and attention and more treats for doing this. You may have to do this more than once for your dog to be completely comfortable with the stairs.
