How do you get your English bull terrier to walk with his harness on he just sits as soon as he goes outside and will not move but will walk no problem without it on?
Try encourageing him with treats and try and get him used to wearing it inside gradully build up the length of time he wears it until he forgets he is wearing it. Once he is used to it and sees it as a good thing he will see it as a lead/walk/going out. Anything new is always strange and bullterriers can be so stubborn, good luck
