You go buy the vial or vials then you extract the liquid from one vial into the other and shake the vial till its all mixed. Then from there securly get the dog between your knees or another comfortable spot and pinch the skin between their shoulder blades right behind the next and should be stretchy! Prep the needle and stick in but the skin has to be raised up or else they will feel it and you might hit their bone or muscle :( I have been giving shots to our dogs for many years and it's alot cheaper than a vet bill.

a shot with 7 medicines in it
The 7-in-1 shot for dogs is a combination vaccine that protects against several diseases like distemper, adenovirus, parvovirus, parainfluenza, and leptospirosis. To get this vaccine for your dog, you should consult with a veterinarian who can administer the appropriate vaccinations tailored to your dog's specific health needs.
3 shots every year. 1 shot at 1 month, 1 shot 2 months later, 1 shot 2 months later. Next year... 1 shot,1 more shot 2 months later, 1 more shot 2 months.Next year...etc. Good Luck!
Usually you will be ok as long as you dog is currently in good health. I would contact your vet though to discuss what the 7 vaccines are and if they will have any interaction with any medication you dog is currently on (if any)
