The cats paw pad is puffy if you touch it lightly make sure it is not warm if it is put it in some nice cold water and i mean hot to be concerned hot. this should help the cats paw if the puffiness doesn't die down a bit just watch for a day or two or if your a loving pet owner bring the cat to the vets
