The only way to be 100% sure that your animal has been altered is to take it to the vet for an x-ray. If you are buying it and are unsure, never trust the pet store to tell you as they are unlikely to even be able to accurately tell you the gender of the animal in many cases.
That depends on if you're cat is neutered or spayed...or not. If they are not...you will find kittens. If they are...they will get along very well. Usually, cats that are neutered or spayed will not fall in love...only make close bonds.
I don't know if there are any dog show that allow spayed and neutered dogs.
I don't know about breeds, but I have been told by a vet that queens are better hunters than toms. And he told me that a cat that has been spayed / neutered will never be as good a hunter as one that has not been fixed.
Dwarf rabbits behave in the same ways as all pet rabbits. If you want to know about dwarf rabbits, just research pet rabbits: you'll get all the correct information.Rabbits that aren't neutered/spayed (especially males) do spray urine as a behavioral and aggressive behaviour. This is one among many reasons why it's widely recommended to spay/neuter your rabbit! Please see the related questions below for more details and helpful links.
When your rabbit is at least 6 months old, you can neuter him so he will not mate. If you don't know the age of your rabbit, you can tell if he runs around your legs in circles making grunting noises. Also, he might nip your feet to get your attention.(My rabbit does this to me.... Yuck...>:D )
if u dont know look it up on google u idiot
Sad. No really, you would still refer to him as a male.
Today we know that kittens and pups can be spayed or neutered at the age of two months (or two pounds). The American Veterinary Medical Association has endorsed this practice called Early Age Neutering; the animals recover more quickly from surgery when they are young. Today some vets will spay/neuter at eight weeks of age, while other adhere to the old practice of six months of age. The average age at which pets are spayed or neutered is four to six months.
Hmm, I'm not sure why you wouldn't want to get your rabbit spayed or neutered. There are places that can do it at a lower cost. As you may already know, it's better for their health. 80% of non-spayed female rabbits get uterine cancer by 4 years of age.
Think of a cute name for a girl rabbit and then one for a guy rabbit. If its a girl name it the girl name , if its a guy name it the guy name. Simple Name for Bunnies- Mr. Fluffy ?? IDK I like the name you picked out. I have a rabbit and they are really fun but can be a hand full at times. Make sure you can love it and be around it a lot. You probably need to get your bunny spayed or neutered because it helps them live longer and they are healthier. Bunnies go through a teenager stage just like people do, they are not as wild if you get them spayed or neutered . Teenage stage starts early for a bunny but can start happening when there about 6-months of age. Be sure to get a cage 4 times the size of your rabbit, so they can hop. They love fruits and veggies! I found this website about rabbits that informs you about everything you need to know about rabbits. Have fun with your new rabbit! They are so cute!
You can't neuter a female anything. Females are 'spayed'. Males are neutured. from 1Shadow1 yes a female meerkat can be neutered their reproduction systems are similar to that of a normal house cat. P.s. I didn't know an anything is an animal or a meerkat. get your priorities strait and don't be such a smart a*s
Try to find a vet that has already neutered or spayed many rabbits successfully before, so that you know that the vet knows what he's doing and your cutie little bunny is completely safe.
