Use the pipe cleaners to make antennas and wrap them around the headband.

well for this youll need cardboard, textas paint elastic and a pencil.

first get out your cardboard with your pencil draw the outline of a mask and cut it out. make two slits for the eyes. Using any kind of feathers stick it on the sides of your mask. Next get some more cardboard draw 2 wings. cut it out then using brown paint and some black texta paint your wings. Then from the bottom of your wings put some black lines. then all you need to finish tsyour costume is leggings in a boys case black pants then using black paper fold it up into a beak shape then attach some elastic to you mask and beak.
