i would first start by putting some soft cat food near their hiding spot and sitting or laying down a few feet away from it.try that a few times and if that doesn't work than try and get their mother to trust u and pet the mom in front of the kittens.after u catch them bring them in your house for a little while each day and bring them back to where you found them. but every day give them something new 2 do.soon they will not run from you.then u can make them come 2 u,instead of u coming 2 them.but when they come 2 u just pet them do not pick them up.after doing that about 5 days ten when they come 2 u, pick them up.that means they trust u when they don't hiss.
i know this because i have wild kittens around
Not normally.

The kitten may be afraid of you due to unfamiliarity, past negative experiences, or a natural instinct to be cautious around new people. It may take time and patience to build trust with the kitten.
Yes if it's not on a street or away from your house. Also make sure it has claws if its outside if it does nott if you delcawed it it has no protection from wild animals

Unless the kitten has some disease then no
You return the kitten to the town she said she last saw her mother by using wifi or ds to ds.
There are some diseases that a sick kitten can pass on to make a child sick.
