You don't and you shouldn't. Black bears can be very dangerous when they're taught that humans don't need to be feared, and raising a black bear cub like a human child is really asking for trouble. What you should do is not ask a dumb question like this and instead ask where the best wildlife refuge or rehabilitation center would be to take this black bear cub to. The answer to that is that it depends where you're from. You MUST take the bear cub to this wildlife refuge/rehabilitation center so that the cub gets proper care and treated like a bear. I know you have good intentions, but you must make the right decisions with the cub's well-being in mind, as well as yours!
