Riding English: Riding English is my absolute favorite. It's my opinion though. I like it because you can to more, and it takes more to do so (again an opinion). You use two hands to hold the reins and you ride like it's any horse except you pull its mouth in the direction you want it to go.

In riding English you can choose to...

-Show Jump

-Hunter Seat

-Dressage

-endurance

-cross-country

-ect.

.

.

.

Riding Western: For western riding. You use one hand to hold the rein and you can set the other on your leg or on the horn of the saddle. You squeeze to go like any other horse, but you neck reign by leading the reigns on his neck in which direction you want it to go.

Western you can...

-berrel race

-lasoing (I'm not sure that's exactly what it's called though)

-trick ride, i guess. (not 100% sure if you need a special saddle for that though).

ect.

.

But I can sit here typing forever on how to ride a certain style. But just look it up on YouTube, or do more research.

Now I could type forever
