How do you stop baby hamsters from fighting?

You cannot--and you should never try! Most types of hamster are solitary creatures by nature and should not be kept with other animals. Because they're so territorial, they will fight, usually with a tragic result. There's nothing you can do to change that, it's just part of being a hamster. If you want to keep more than one, keep them in separate cages.

If they are too young to be touched then it should just be play fighting as they are blind and cannot harm each other. However if they are 3 weeks old+ then you will have to start separating them.

If I were you I would give them a chance to prove they are friends because if they are from the same litter they usually get along with each other. Would you like being torn from your family? No. So leave them a while to calm down or maybe separate them for a night and put them back together. If they carry on fighting then separate them permanently but you might want to let them see each other once a day outside the cage.

Boys are more likely to fight so you might want to keep that in mind.

first you leave it alone for a bit to get used to you then after a week or so you hold it a lot and feed it hamster treats like the kind you can get at pet stores after a while it will be your best friend ( i did this with a crazy parakeet and it worked fine so you might try it but im not garanteeing it will work)
