It depends on whether it's infected or not. If it's just an ordinary scratch, you probably don't even need to do anything -- cats keep themselves clean by licking, and that will usually be enough to let a normal cut or scrape heal. If it's puffy or has pus in it, or if the cat seems to be in a lot of pain, take it to the vet for some antibiotics.
