Tell it to sit and then push it down and give it a treat and like speak happily and pet it. Then keep on doing it until they can do it by theirselves. Do this with paw as well. Say paw then pick up it's paw and place it on your hand. Then treat it. Do not get angry if your dog refuses to participate. They will eventually especially if you're holding treats. Make sure they know you have treats.
