by giving it food
Yes you can but you need to add salt to the water and maintain a certain temperature and have someone to be there to tend to their needs and feed them
Just like any other dolphin a predator like a shark or any other relations that belongs in the shark family will attack the dolphin to feed them self and sometimes their young.

Dolphins are aquatic mammals. They give live birth and suckle their young from their mother's milk. They can not feed themselves until the young dolphin has been weaned off milk and is able to eat fish.
First, throw a piece of food into the water, so the dolphin could indulge on its own. Or, hand feed it, gently put the morsel into the dolphin's mouth. At last, you could put food down a syringe and connect it to the dolphin's mouth, so in case the dolphin is sick or a young it can eat the food slowly.
Milk they feed their babies on milk
absolutely, although because they will be very young and fragile, they won't always survive. But you can bottle feed. Check a store like fleet farm for a good bottle and some formula that is safe and gives them all the nutrients they need.
