How does a mother goat breastfeed its young ones?

Rabbits feed the same way a dog would feed it's pups. They have nipples on the underside of their stomachs and when building a nest, will pull some of the fur around this area to not only keep the babies warm but to help thin out the fur for the babies to find their food.

During gestation the doe (female goat) drops estrogen levels, as the progesterone levels increase the mammary glands begin to produce milk. As she nears parturition date she will drop the milk into the milk cisterns then into the teats for the kids to suckle.

Once kids are born they will bunt the udder while suckling, the doe then will produce oxytocin which will allow the milk to drop into the teats for the kid to ingest. Kids will usually come to the mother for feeding, the mother stands while the kids suckle. Suckling usually occurs every couple of hours depending on the age of the kids.

They pop the teet out and the babies get to sucking away! Now in the case that it is an uncovered teet, it is already hanging with milk readily available.
