Wild cats are usually bigger than normal feral cats. They have a bigger structure than an average cat that you would see have. people think this is caused by humans. People started feeding these wild cats, then when their offspring came around and adapted to people, their body size decreased. Wild cats are also usually pure bread, and not too many mixed colors.
A wild fox, by definition, is not owned (it is wild) - in the same context of being a dog owner. Therefore, unless the fox is on the protected species list in Canada, I see no legal reason why you can't keep (look after) a wild fox.
it looks exactly like a fox
Foxes do not make good pets. They are not domesticated like dogs, and remain wild and liable to bite humans or destroy your belongings. If you like the look of a fox, you should get a dog that looks like a fox instead.
There is no such animal as a "panda fox."
