NEVER hit or shout at your dog because it will confuse your dog. The dog should have been trained from the time it was a puppy. Take the dog for a walk where they can go potty and when they do make a big deal out of it. Then be sure they get to go outside if you live at home. Go outside with the dog and always be sure to praise it when it's done it's business. Dogs are extremely smart and will learn quickly with praise and love.

I always keep a big newspaper on my hallway floor by the laundry room if my husband and I feel we will be out later than usual as I don't like my pets to go more that 4 - 5 hours without going to the bathroom. This way they can also go on the paper and it's easily cleaned up.
Another Answer
Simply put a indoor dog potty where you wish for your pet to do their doings. When your pet pees on the grass top the liquid drains through openings that collect the urin in a container inside the training dog potty.
Like I say in most of my answers, it all depends on the dog. However, in general, puggle puppies are pretty easy to potty train. So if you have a dog of this breed, potty training should be pretty easy for you.

To successfully potty train puppies, maintain a regular feeding schedule. Be sure to take them outside every hour and after meals. Recognize the puppies' behavior before they need to eliminate and take them out then. Bring your pets a lot of rewards and praise when they eliminate outside. Find a location for that process and stay with that spot. As well, develop a signal to stop possible accidents from happening, such as a whistle, a snap of a finger or clapping.
Budgies, also known as parakeets, are considered one of the easiest birds to potty train. They can be taught to use a designated area for their bathroom needs with consistent training.
