Staffordshire bull terriers, like most terriers, does have a lot of energy and therefore they need quite a lot of exercise. There are some dog trainers who believe the bull terrier-breeds need up to 4 hours of exercises a day, but since most people won't have the time for that, it is recommended to give your Staffie at least 1 hour of walking exercise a day.

most vets recommend an hours walk for most dogs and Labradors are not different. Mind you after and hours walk my lab Bassy, still wants to play and run and swim.

If you cant get an hours walk then see if you can get them in for a swim. Labs love swimming and its great exercise for them.

A full grown ASBT needs at least 45 minutes of exercise everyday. BUT it must be walked by a human properly. Not just put in a backyard to run free.
