How fast do cocker spaniels grow?

It's quite shocking when their a puppy, just like a baby. They seem to shoot up. But they don't get that big so don't worry :) They grow to be... let me out it this way. When they are fully grown their head should be about the size they were when they a very small puppy :) so yes, pretty fast the first year, but then they slow down :)

Cocker spaniels are a small to medium size dog, from 20 to 35 pounds on average, males being bigger and heaver than females.

Cocker spaniels are are shorter and more stockier, than springer spaniels.

But with all breads, their is some variances.

As demand for smaller dogs of all breads arise, some breeders will inbreed, to produce smaller unhealthier cocker spaniels.

On other end, a few male cocker spaniel become large and muscular , from very healthy pedigrees.

I have seen 40 plus pound cocker spaniel males, that have all the fine quilities of it's bread, just on a larger size.

when I asked my vet, she said aproximately ten months for bones. This would have a large inpact on the height. as to the weight and other things, it could take possibly about a year. Remember, the good nutrition is key for these results.
