Train them properly. You have to keep him on the ground so they don't get scared. If they aren't picked up and carried everywhere they won't be afraid and they won't bite. I know it is hard but trust me they will happier.
Chihuahuas bite sometimes because they get afraidand then there reaction is to bite.

Maltese's are wonderful dogs to have! Chihuahuas are too very smart but they do have an attitude and if you catch them on there bad day they WILL bite. I had like 20 chihuahuas and all of them like to bite hard. But since it's a mix i say if it takes after the Maltese it will make a wonderful dog :)
chihuahuas can protect themselves by their speed,or hiding. It will probably hide but if it can't then it will snarl and will definitely not turn its back on its enemy
No. Their mother will try to bite if you try to take them, so don't

Not really, they bark a lot and, if threatened they could bite. Other than that, they are very fun.
Well. . . their owners feed them. . . and poof! They eat! How hard is that to figure out?
Well if they were to bite, they are not tall enough to reach much higher up (unless you were holding one at the time).
