The incubation period for a tortoise egg is around 60 to 120 days. So, give or take 2 to 4 months. However they will not be able to care for and feed themselves for the first 3 to 7 days during which time they have an embryonic sack of nutrients from which they sustain themselves until they are sturdy enough to start moving. Time of year in which the tortoises hatch depends on the species of tortoise.
Baby squids will hatch from their eggs within two weeks. Once they have hatched, they will mature in about 3 to 5 years.
