basically 3,500 calories is the equivalent to one pound of weight. And it's roughly 2 pounds equals 1 kilogramme.. So therefore you would want to consume about 7,000 calories...

However don't consume this much in one day as this would be bad for your health... If your concerned about weighing more... Change your diet and exercise routines... Eat extra carbohydrates, not fatty foods... And ensure you are exercising regularly...
