The number of siblings a horse can have varies. For instance a mare typically only has one foal at a time, but they can have twins which is rare and also triplets which is even more rare. A foal can have full siblings that are older or younger if the same parents were mated again, or half siblings if the mother was mated to another stallion.

Something more twenty would be the limit for the number of full siblings.
