one liver and two kidneys
I would have to say the liver. Although the kidneys are used to filter many pharmaceuticals, the liver takes on the bulk of that job.

The substance that is transported from the liver to the kidneys is urea. Urea is produced in the liver during the breakdown of proteins and is transported through the blood to the kidneys for excretion in the urine.

The liver is much larger than the kidneys. However, they are part of the same general system, filtering the body.

Claritin (loratadine) is primarily metabolized in the liver, where it is converted into its active metabolite. After metabolism, the metabolites are excreted mainly through the kidneys. Therefore, while the liver processes Claritin, the kidneys play a role in eliminating it from the body.
