It depends on what breed of goat you have. Whether you are a registered stud. Or what price you can get for the product that your goats are producing whether it be meat, milk or fibre.

Breed horses
It is unneeded and cruel to breed a female more than 3 times in her life. If she is bred more than that you are classed as a BYB or Puppy Miller. A male can breed up to 3 times a weak and it is best to stud him that many times otherwise semen can go stale and is useless.
When a horse is registered, you have the freedom to enter in high-level breed competitions, like at national level and such. Stallions can be entered in a stud book for their breed. Their offspring can be registered only if both parents were registered and of the same breed. It makes a horse easier to sell. There are many reasons why you should register a horse, and there really aren't any bad things about it. It's good to do it anyways.
Since the British Society was started back in the early 1970's around 1800 Haflingers have been registered over the years. There are many more 'Haflingers' in the UK but sadly many of those imported from the continent do not qualify for registration with the British Society. All animals registered in the UK have to be 100% purebred Haflingers, with their pedigree traceable through many generations to proove bloodlines. All are in line with the Breed standards of the 'mother' stud book in North Tyrol, Austria. Many countries abroad have allowed a percentage of Arab blood as well into their stud books but this means the horses would be classified as 'part-bred' here in Britain.
The horse could be registered as a 1/2 Arab with the Arabian Horse Association. If the parents are approved for "warmblood" registration, the foal could be eligible.
The price for stud horses can very depending on breed, lineage, the horse's conformation and many other factors. A pure-bred stud horse can cost anywhere from $5000 up and over $100,000.
Kladruber: First registered in the early 18th century, when 1,000 horses were recorded at the royal stud at Kladrub. Some exceeded 19 hands! A fire destroyed the stud and its records in 1770, but the breed was rescued and now produces smaller, but still impressive, horses that continue to bein great demand. Its body is long and tubular rather than deep, with strong, rounded hinquarters and good, clean limbs. The horses from Kladrub are gray and black variety is raised at the state stud at Slatinany.
