How many times you should feed a beagle dog?

Well, I'm not sure about other dogs, but my dog get fed wet food once in the morning and always has a bowl full of dry food out. Obviously he has the water out all the time too. So, I would say feed wet food once a day and put out dry food and water the rest of the day. Dont forget treats!
