Many people working for the Human Society are volunteers. People that actually work for the organization receive different rates of pay based on their experience and expertise.
most vet charge between 50 and 150 dollar to put any breed to sleep
That depends on where you take the body. There are pet cemetaries the will charge you more than a few dollars. If your local humane society has a crematory, they may do it for a reasonable fee. If you are in a rural community that allows fires (by way of a permit) you could cremate the body in a bonfire. Why not just bury the body?
Prices will vary from one vet to another, of course; but spaying is a major operation, and so likely will generally cost around $150 - $300. The local humane society may be able to help out if you are in need of financial assistance, and adoptions from the local humane society may include a certificate good for spay or neuter as well.

They sleep standing up. They can be kept in a barn at night with hay to eat and water to drink and will sleep standing up in their stall. they sleep standing up on the ground, in a paddock or barn, free of charge unless your agisting
The Humane Society of silicon valley charges $125 for euthanizations and $25 for body removal costs. 15 years ago they did for free. This is similar to what other nonprofits now charge. My local vet charges $110 for the euthanization and $105 for the cremation -a mandatory cost, plus charges for physical examination. In the Midwest, this is a pretty steep charge - most veterinarians would likely charge less than $50 for a simple euthanasia.
I live in Rochester, NY. I can tell you that here you can get it done for about $200. if you adopt from the humane society, it should be free...just the cost of the bunny (i got mine for $30)
