The terms "tabby" and "orange tabby" are just coat colors/patterns. "Tabby" is not a breed or a species. And it doesn't matter what color coat the cat has. All domesticated cats need the same amount of food.

The only thing that determines how much you should feed a cat is its size. A very large cat needs more food than a very small cat. Follow the directions that are printed on the food's packaging.

In general, most cats require 1 big can (5.5 ounces), or two little cans (2.3 to 3.0 ounces) of wet food a day, or 1 cup of dry food a day. OR one little can (or half a big can) of wet food, plus half a cup of dry food a day.
