Ive seen female cats anywhere from 6-25+ pounds. My female is 9 pounds, while my male is 14 pounds.
From my experience, "inside cats" are generally heavier, due to a lack of space to exercise and an eventual lack of curiosity. All the cats I've owned were "outside cats", whom I've seen playing with other cats, chasing birds, etc. Fortunately they have all been healthy =)
A pregnant cat will weigh probably a few pounds more, and then when she has had her kittens but still has milk she might lose some but keep some, and so if you really want to know for sure I would put her on a scale.

only about a pound
1KG = 2.20Lb so for a cat that weighs 7KG would weigh 15.43Lb
Depending on the breed, age, and gender, a healthy cat can weigh anywhere from 5-20 pounds.
Adult cats can weigh between 2.5 and 10 kg.
