I am getting a dog for 500-600 from a breeder.I am a kid but i see adoption centers have dogs for 250$.I think to pay 500-600$ for a dog is a lot but you usually get a garantee for a healthy dog for 2 years and comes with shots.It usually grows up in a welcoming and social inviorement. I suggest petfinder.com first for adoptable yorkies and then look for breeders. I am a kid if i could i would want to get a dog from the shelter and save a life but I really want a dog and its already born so i think that is still giving a pet in need a loving home!!!

It depends on where you buy it. If you buy a Yorkie puppy in a pet store then it will cost around R6000 for a girl and R5000 for a boy. At the breeders it will cost around R3500 for a Yorkie puppy.

If they've had the there shots then add up that, then if your dog had them add up the veterinarian bill that it costed for your dog to have the puppies. If you haven't gone through any of these prosedures then the dog its self is probably worth $500.
