Three cups of complete dog food a day will suffice.
If puppy doesn't want to eat that much, lessen it. If he looks too chunky, lessen it but if he seems to be gaining no weight increase it.
Seperate the amount into three small meals a day.
It doesn't matter about colour, a good dog food will suffice.
Dog food tells you on the label how much to feed your pet according to their weight.
6 months
Any size it want to be, it all depends on how much milk it got as a puppy and how good the food you feed it is, there is no way to know how big it should be.
Meat flavored dog food...
wet food
No you cant feed a dog any human food
A while. But German shepherds who are growing should hve two to three cups a day, depending on what your vet says. Their large dogs.
Their owners feed them.
It all depends on the dog, mine eats squash but most don't. Just make sure not to feed them raisins, grapes, chocolate, onions, or garlic, its bad for them. See related link for food not to feed them:
My German Shepherd likes to eat high quality food that is high in meat content and low in grain. You may be able to get this in super markets but may have better luck in pet stores. Some owners like to feed a mix of dry and wet food to add variety to the diet and to keep the dog from getting bored.
A German Shepherd puppy should have a mix and hard and wet dog food. One scoop of them mixed together twice or three times a day will suffice.
