You should probably not give peptobismol to a dog. Peptobismol's active ingredient is bismuth salicylate, a relative to aspirin. You can't give peptobismol to kids, because they can get something called Reye's syndrome and potentially die from it. You should ask your vet what to do about your dog, but do not feed it peptobismol.
