1-1.5 hrs warm up strech. warm up shadow boxing, heavy bag 1 rd just jabs, rd2 jabs n rights, rd3 put together combos and maintain form, do some mitt work with your trainer to where your burned at the end of every rd. for 3 rds then on other days witch it up with reflex, speed bags and jump rope and shadow box
