You should stop feeding your dog puppy food when it reaches about 1 year. A typical puppy will reach adult size when its about 8-12 months.
All puppies should receive puppy food, and be fed three times daily, for AT LEAST the first year of life. Check with your Vet for his/her recommendation of puppy food for small breeds. I fed my westie, Mop, puppy food till she was one and a half. :D
when it can bite people
No, the dog will stop producing milk when she is ready. You will need to start feeding the pups puppy food with warm water when shes ready to stop feeding her pups.
you don't have to stop hand feeding your lorikeet if you do though it just might make the lorikeet trust you more.

Im not sure exactly when. I know that they are allowed to leave their mothers around 6-8 weeks of age only if they can consume soft puppy food.
You need to realise it is a big commitment. It will need to be let out every half hour or so to avoid "problems". Training your puppy to go to the toilet outside is one of the first things to tackle. It will need feeding 4 times a day at first, this can change to 2 or 3 times at about 4 months of age. You will also need lots of toys and exercise to stop it constantly trying to bite things, including you.
Give the puppy something he can chew on.
You stop feeding them when they die.
then he is too fat and you should stop over feeding him
when a puppy is playing with its fellow siblings they may bite or nip eachother, the other puppy who has been bitten or nipped will react by letting out a high pitched yelp. you should do this to let the pup know it is wrong. Everyone in the household should follow this procedure.
